Why does it keep putting me on the rookie team?

lmost every time I join a team in a deathmatch, it keeps putting me on the rookie team, and I end up having to leave. Every time I leave and join a new match, it puts me on the rookie team again, so ...

Well there is no skill base matchmaking or anything like that so the game put people on teams depending on how fast they enter the game, im unaware if the team deathmatch has the option to change teams or squads but if thats not the case you can try to clutch or leave, sometimes the headache ain´t worth it
