Why does my score not increase in the medal section?

Hello friends
I got level 125 in Battlefield and went red.
But I have a problem with increasing the points of guns and tanks and ammunition!
For example, I'm working with the Avancys weapon and I've killed thousands (about 12,000 enemies!)
But in the medal section, my gun score has been at 424 for several months and it won't increase!

Or with tanks... I work with tanks a lot and for several months in the medal section, my tank score has remained constant at 720!!!

Why?!

    Have you tried a regular game then a Portal then back to a regular game to see if that kicks it loose?

    I mostly play as a portal and I played very little normally!

    @yasin1989ir Potentially it'll be due to the XP/Mastery rating on the server. Try playing a few rounds of All Out War, like Conquest or Breakthrough, and seeing if the kills increase.
