When youre taught winning isnt a goal, you dont try to win. We are in the Narcissistic generation where Me and the value of me is more important then anything. Even more important then acknowledging and learning from failure
- @Padding_Ur_Stats My response to that is welcome to life where just showing up doesn’t count. Participation trophies is the biggest BS fed to kids. I was taught you play to win and if you lose you try harder get better and win

Life in the real world includes failure, and the Participation Trophy did not teach people how to handle failure. There is an expectation of life being designed for success
