@FaTaL_DReaMS1 We could win more often without classes. Once you restrict the players, they leave. I told you this would happen. You chose to 'everyone play nice and lose' rather than let people do all they can to get the objectives.

@DPsx7Yet the player numbers went up. Home come?
- 3 years ago@UP_LordPlumber Lol. They didn't. See how many topics ask why servers are empty? Why it takes longer to find games?
Classes ruined the game. The proof is growing. Nobody plays support. Nobody is allowed to win. So much damage all for the hope that 'people play together'. They are, in a game that wasn't reworked after we paid for it. - 3 years ago
@UP_LordPlumberMy thought COD squeakers come to BF
- 3 years ago@FaTaL_DReaMS1 That's why we turn mics off. It's still a shooter so there's gonna be some crossover, but CoD is stale as hell, doesn't have big maps or interesting gameplay. BF can be flexible without emulating that trash game. What's next, you can't play BF if you've tried Fortnite or Doom?
- 3 years ago@DPsx7 No it’s the mindset of a COD/FORTNITE player that squeaker “look at me” my K/D is better. My answer is if YOUR team LOSES you’re also a LOSER

Because it was "new" Lets see how long that lasts. There was a bump because of 3.2 for people to check it out and a new season coming. Lets see what the gadget lock update does long term. Can it bring people back and KEEP them?
If people really wanted classes they would be arguing for locked weapons, but they dont want that. They want their cake and eat it too. 3.2 was not a class update, it simply locked gadgets
- UP_Plumber3 years agoSeasoned Ace@Psubond Since season 3 dropped there hasn't been any player drop. Now with Season 4 dropping in less than 24 hours + season 5 in the works people are still playing. So yeah....
- Psubond3 years agoLegend@UP_LordPlumber the last 30 day average (using steam cause that's the only data we reliably get as far as i'm aware) is 7.6k players, it's up about 10% from january (6.9k) and down 25% from december (10.1k). for december we need to factor in the Christmas break so december may not matter much but season 3 was also in full swing so that may have been it.
short version is there is nothing in the charts to suggest that 3.2 was a big success and time will tell if the game can retain the people who have been playing and those who came back to check out 3.2.
personally i think it was just a bump of curiosity and the game will bleed players throughout season 4 because 3.2 is so restrictive on gadgets compared to how the game was before
