Why doesnt battlefield 2042 have night and day?
It's getting real stale real fast. Why doesnt battlefield 2042 have seasons like snow,rain,fog? No night and day. Just a real boring tornado. The game is getting more and more stale everyday.

I fully agree and I would love to see a few night maps or transitioning from day to night. Theres rain on some maps sometimes, night maps would be nice thou.

- @LORDANNUBIS It REALLY should. Given how few maps there are, Day and Night cycles should've been a thing.
I think day and night transitions more rain effects/bad weather would have been better than the tornados.

Maps are so large I bet it would probably cause a bunch of problems. Feels like I was the only person to enjoy the fog in BF1 - was so dang thick it made it so easy to knife people haha.
Some maps have weather effects but I think it was BF1 again they stated that while we've had night maps in the past, they are extremely hard to code (it's not as simple as just removing a light source) and they were some of the least played maps in general- @TTZ_Dipsy Lol can you imagine a night map with all the pretty lights we have on? May as well have a big arrow pointing at yourself. I love the thought but it would have so many other things to change to make it work.
