@DeepSixxxxhave you not seen some of the current Portal servers where players are farming the hell out of xp and certain T1s with no AI? People are coming out of those servers with over 100K xp in one round.
Plus all the times that full xp for portal and solo/coop was accidentally turned on (which at one point it was on for a week).
And the Portal farms that started when the game first released.
Then the zombie farm mode which was released as a featured Portal which got the hell farmed out of it while players could before it was taken down.
The xp and progression system has been "meaningless" for a long time.
@Spinner1981 Dang where was I for the accidental full XP for a week??!! I’ve tried AOW plenty of times and been unable to join a server due to low pop. Rules that make sense if the game was popular make way less sense when it’s basically meaningless. I just want to be able to play, aside from the BP aspect, XP means nothing.
