Why four squad members instead of five?
I just want to answer this simple question. Don’t tell me why five instead of four. At worst five gives you some room if one member isn’t PFTOing

So every squad could be full.
Though if that were their only concern they could have just made the game 120 players that could be divided into 4, 5 or 6 player squads.
