Why four squad members instead of five?
I just want to answer this simple question. Don’t tell me why five instead of four. At worst five gives you some room if one member isn’t PFTOing

I do not think that most in a team even care about being in a squad.
So the insistence with the 4 man squads is just dividing friend groups into more squads
