Why helo respawn time should be short (60-90 seconds)
Paradoxically.
The respawn time of the "attack helicopter" category should be short in order to prevent helos from farming infantry.
Helos are good at destroying helos. Helo pilots need to be careful not to be ambushed by a helo, so they can't focus on farming infantry when there's an enemy helo.
Also, the range of FXM should be decreased. FXM discourages helos from fighting against each other because it is often the case that both helos are killed by FXM while fighting.
Edit 1:
The range of FXM should be adjusted to defensive purpose.
DICE, please ask a question to helo pilots, "will you fight against helos if the range of FXM is decreased?"

What do dedicated FXM players think? They must have saved their team's helos a lot of times.
