"Until they are home, no man left behind !”
THAT is the right spirit my friend!
As in real life, having friends like you in the game is what makes it all worthwhile and fun.
And for your extraordinary acts of valor, you fully deserve this:
It also depends on the game mode.
If you are a Defender on Breakthrough or Rush, you have no tickets, so a revive only has tactical value.
Here is my Revive priority:
1. TDM
2. Rush and BT Attacker
3. Conquest
4. Rush and BT Defender
In general terms I'll try to revive whenever possible. Has been the case since BFBC2 really, yet in 2042 I will struggle to find the drive to do it....
Teams unwilling to cooperate 7/10 times from the get go, players skipping revives even if I mark them, smoke them dispose of most active threats but only if i am less then 4m away.
If I get the impression the team is compised of individuals whos understanding of teamplay stops at their nose then i will partake and my willingness to revive plummets.
It is not my job to dig incompetent players out of their negative KD. Teamplay is not a one-way road, and i will call out every team of bufoons i come across. My expectations have been lowered to the point where I call myslef lucky if my team is playing with their monitors/TVs turned on in the first place. I don't expect every player in the game to play like they are applying for an E-Sports team but if i see 4 "snipers" sitting 50m from an objective that we are loosing and not a singel one of them is pointed towards that objective but at the enemy objective 200ish meters I can not help but feel just as lost and this happens on both sides. I get it sniping is what all the cool kids do nowadays but maybe just maybe try and look at your map every once in a while.
