Why is "bird" censored?
This happens when creating Portal server. Server title and description are both affected by this. Word "bird" is censored, and also "wait after" changes to "wait***ter".

Can you turn it off?
- @GrizzGolf that would be logical, but no. Unless "profanity" filter setting is hidden.
