So you want to be an invisible sniper with a 1-hit kill weapon with no counter?
The NTW is pretty much already a 1 hit kill weapon, just has major bullet drop which is why I prefer the DXR or SWS10 for long range headshots.
Hiding shouldn't be that hard, the maps are basically tailored for sniping so not an issue either.
The drone is great for getting assists and spotting other snipers but in full combat you're better off actually sniping instead of using too much of the drone.
If anything, they should just make better and more level appropriate skins for the characters... They have a white/snow camo for weapons but not for the players.
The only one with white camo is Angel's special skin. Well, to be fair, I usually skip Breakaway because its my least favourite map anyways.

Just another example of copying COD. COD MW had the stupid scope glint that gave a sniper away at all times when in the aim (even inside apparently the sun glints off them). Sniper rifles seem to be next to useless compared to assault rifles (which to be fair don't seem to be as good as some SMGs at times). Balance could be created by having a slow aim time, reducing movement speed (but do the same for other people with heavy weapons such as LMGs). They could have restricted ammunition, but the specialist system prevents it as anyone can carry their own unlimited supply.
When someone with an assault rifle is more effective at range than a sniper rifle, it makes them pretty much pointless. In BFV, a sniper would go into the aim, only to be hammered by tanks that could magically see them from the other side of the map. Nothing changed other than the rifles getting worse.
Amazing how in the future snipers will forget what a kill flash is (and apparently strap a flashlight to the scope), use under powered ammunition that drops off at the range an assault rifle can use iron sights and use magic suppressors that reduce range (they don't).
