Why is cheating with Cronus allowed?

This Youtuber is clearly using „Cronus“:

In all his Videos you can see that all his weapons are like lasers with no recoil.

Why is dice/ea allowing this? Those cheaters should be banned.

  • If you mean this video:

It the over buffed PKP-BP.  Very high rate of fire and virtually no recoil.

There are actually comments on that video by others on it's laser like effect.

But don't tell anyone else, or they'll all use it...

  • I mean all videos. He is playing on console and many people watching the videos are saying that he is using Cronus.

just watch the videos, should be proof enough.

Its not a matter of EA / DICE allowing or condoning their use   They are technically not allowed.  ....but simply put, they are just not that easy for Sony, MS and game developers to detect.

.....part of the reason they are popular with cheaters.

  • I watched his videos and I said to myself

how in the hell is this guy this good! I mean seriously!

@Sc0tch_Whiskey With a console controller. He even snipes on a 1000m distance without zooming within 100ms .... do you think this is really "skill"? 😉
  • This is my first ever time playing these types of games. I am lucky to get 5-10 kills and wondered how the hell  he got so many lol.

@Kean_1111 I have read that there are new ways to detect it by using A.I.? Did you hear anything about this?

I mean you would think that it shouldn't be too hard to make something that can give you a pretty good idea that someone is likely using one.

If someone is pulling against the recoil at with the exact same % of tilt on the analogstick every time they shoot, then I would say that is proof enough that something isn't right. It isn't humanly possible to have that kind of consistency to hit the exact same numbers every time.

I guess there must be something preventing them from mking something like that since we haven't seen it (Or maybe they just don't care. I honestly find that more likely)

Conversations about cheating, not something we allow on AHQ. So I will be closing down the topic.

I removed the link as they count as name shame.
