I don’t see how a specialist that provides cover and explosive-free areas can be hated except for the grenade spamers
everything he does is defensive, it’s not like you have to check a tremendous amount of directions against an Mackay or Sundance.
ppl just realizing it now how strong he can be if played correctly.
im almost at mastery 329 with him.
@BolvardHe is the best friend both of soldiers in enclosed spaces and more stationary tanks that are trying to cover-fire for their team while having to deal with an onslaught of rockets fired at them.
I dare say that most tanks are almost worthless without an Irish covering for them in the current rocket spam meta

I once t bagged a Nightbird whilst it tried to circle strafe us with his rockets but couldn't kill us because my Sentinals protected us.
It was hilarious.....
I strongly suspect that this is why OP has made this thread because Irish can reduce his infantry farming opportunities.

If you actually read the post it’s not about the sentinel at all. It’s about the armor plate and shield camping, which if i was in a nightbird would be very easy to deal with.
- UP_Hawxxeye3 years agoLegend@CPT_GASLIGHT The remedy to that activity is an LMG with AP rounds to demolish the deployed shields. I had that done to me when I did the shield thing in the early days of the game and stopped doing it
