Why is it next to impossible to report multiple cheaters/exploiters/hackers?

I've removed the attachment from your post as it's not something that can be posted here due to forum rules, I'm afraid. Moreover, there is nobody here who can action player reports, as that's solely handled by EA's Terms of Service team.

In this case, I'd suggest reporting these players to EA Help (help.ea.com) so they can pass the report to the ToS team, as per the guide below.
