Why is spawning teammates worth so little

Question

I'll be driving a MAV which really its only point is a mobile spawn point. And in a game of breakthrough ill spawn 50 or so people while keeping it out of enemy vehicles LOS, and ill have 0 points. I rarely get assists because the weapons aren't good for anti vehicles, even with everything unlocked. So I basically find a spot closer than the main spawns and provide a FOB that we can spawn out of.

Yet I don't get anything for points, there's not a ribbon to give me for spawning so many people on different tiers. I'm doing this to WIN the round, to get people into the objectives.

There needs to be a ribbon or xp boost for spawning people....or make it more worthwhile.

@GarfieldTehKat Kinda the same reason I don't bother being the meatshield with Dozer any more, you don't get any exp for soaking enemy gunfire while your team sits behind you and gets easy kills.

No exp, Slower progression, not worth the time.

@BaknPowder Big reason I haven't used him. Of there were still suppression ribbons or something similar for bullets deflected. I mean stopping a few hundred thousand damage should definitely have a reward.

I'm getting real tired of 9k xp in a game because I'm trying to be useful

@k1u73 It's an idea that's been in previous BF games. Not sure why they didn't implement something so important here.
