Why is the anti-air in 2042 NOT useful as anti-air?

The "ANTI" aircraft tank in this game is a joke! Its guns barely do damage, missiles have NO range, overheat is ridiculously high for the damage, you can't aim above you and the best part... the lin...

Game needs a dedicated anti air vehicle. Wildcat is more of an armoured car with AA capabilities.
