Why is the tornado in every map?
It honestly feels like we aren't countries at war, but tornado chasers fighting each other to get data like in Twister before the other side does. There is no reason this thing should be in every ma...

@Kyosji Yeah this is something that had been in the back of my mind the first couple weeks playing. I don't understand them putting the tornado on every map. Even if it's the only weather feature, which it is, keep it on a map that regionally makes sense. One maybe two maps. And on the subject of BF4, do other weather effects on other maps:
- make a sandstorm on Hourglass similar to Gulf of Oman 2014
- make a blizzard on Breakaway similar to Operation Whiteout on BF4 Final Stand DLC.
- make some sort of flood happen in the mud areas of Discarded.

They should buff the Tornado to a point where it is actually frightening
Because a huge amount of development and engineering resources were spent on the tornado. Personally I think those resources would have been better spent elsewhere.

Despite the massive hype and marketing around extreme weather, it seems to be the only one they have in the game. Honestly makes me wonder if it wasn't just some fun side project one of the designers were working on that went too far once marketing got wind of it.

According to DICE General Manager Oskar Gabrielson, an entire team worked for a year building the tornado into BF2042.
