@cornybbq2old gen is consoles only crossplay by default (PS4 +X1), so there's no real need for a xplay off option for those. PC is only playing with new gen consoles.
My only ask from the Devs at this point are two things, one we need a direct server browser for every mode with the ability to quick play if wanted and two for the amount of human players required to start a match be dropped drastically (currently it requires 64 human players for a regular breakthrough/conquest match to start, them adding bots was to combat this issue but they are too afraid of "farming" to do this) this way we aren't being left hanging on the waiting for players to join screen.

I knew crossplay was going to be a problem years ago. Given human nature, it was obvious that some companies were going to be too lazy/incompetent/complacent to build in safeguards against m+k vs. controller. Over the years, gamers (knowledgeable ones any way) have known about and accepted this advantage so, for a company to act as if it doesn't exist or that it's somehow "new" news says a lot about them.
Even the head of Xbox acknowledged this and said "“I’ll never force somebody in our games whose playing with a controller or a mouse and keyboard to play against somebody with a different control scheme,” he said. “Mouse and keyboard rotation speed is faster than controller. We know that, you’ll lose.”"
How much clearer does that have to be?

You all rail on this all the time and you're NOT taking time to understand the argument. Everyone jumps on the "Console ONLY, no PC" bandwagon and then your argument is "mouse and keyboard is OP". Here's one question I have about it...What does that have to do with PC vs. Console? I'm betting that at least half of the PC players use controller. There is a popular BR out right now that has tons of so called "Pro" players that play on guess what....you guessed it CONTROLLER. And you know what? You don't hear them crying that they're outclassed by mouse and keyboard players. So, if you want to come at the fact that a console doesn't have the graphics power of a PC and that puts you at some disadvantage, we can have that discussion, but railing that "mouse and keyboard" is the reason to separate consoles from PC isn't flying when half of PCs use controller and not KBM. Let's be real here....

I find that 50% to be a shockingly high estimate. What are you basing that on?

Console has been used to supplement the PC playerbase, as of now Monday night in Europe with crossplay (PS5) off there's like 6 servers available and a total of 20 players. The console playerbase is just not that low. You could count on there being at least a dozen full to the brim servers in previous titles.
The next update has to feature console only crossplay
