Why is there no Console Only Cross-Play?
We should get console crossplay only so me and my friend can play together without being killed every 2 seconds by some xtreme fast pcplayer.

If I remember correctly didn't most everyone want cross-play a few years ago where consoles and PC could play together? Now that we have it no one wants it. Geesh I wish people would make up their minds!

You used the "competitive" word.
I've been asking for console-only crossplay from day 1. How is it that someone at DICE thought that this was a good idea? Even if aim assist works on console (half of the time, it doesn't - not even after their 'fix' yesterday), M & K is superior to a controller.
As it currently stands console players are playing at a handicap, they are easy fodder for the average PC player interface!
In my personal opinion from what I have seen most of the gameplay issues stem from the PC side of things. M&K allows the game to be played at ainsane pace, most weapon recoils are nullified by the mouse. Most of the 100-0 scores are on the PC side

The response is usually this. "Battlefield is a sandbox shooter. It is not competitive. I can play however I want."
It seems unrealistic to me that in a "sandbox shooter" where so many on the servers seem to not care if their team wins. That they would see crossplay across all three platforms a big issue for that reason.
The average Battlefield player does not even care enough to give and follow a squad orders, or probably doesn't understand why doing so strengthens their team. So are the stat chasers the only people that are so bothered by crossplay with PC?
