why ps5 can not play with ps4?

1.why in ps5 crossplay have no a option like only crossplay in Consoles? 2.why ps5 can not play with ps4?

@VinM91 If you bought the game on PS5, it comes with the PS4 version. Load into that and you can play with your PS4 friends through that on PS5.

Don't panic, progression will not be lost.

@Trokey66ok found it. i can download both versions. so will need to run the ps4 version to play with them, and ps5 to play alone on the 128players servers and so on
