Ok I both agree and disagree with you at the same time and the reason is simple.
No One Should Be FORCED To Play With Or Without Bots !!!
Yes I agree not being able to turn them off in Rented Servers would be a bad move.
But forcing people to play in PVP Only is just as bad (if not worse) as forcing people to play with bots is to you.
Some of us (Me, My Brother and Father, Our Friends, and a ton more people) actually love playing with bots a ton more than PVP and so there always needs to be options for us to play with AI just as there should be options for you to play with PVP only.
That is what I am trying to say here.
In the end though neither of us have actually played the game yet so let's wait until the beta and full release to know for sure how good or bad it will be with and without Bot Matches.
Chances might be slim but who knows? Depending on how they are programmed you might not be able to tell the difference between bots and normal players. (besides their usernames obviously)

Ur wrong. If they want to play with bots they shouldn’t be playing a multyplayer game They should be playing c op or some other game. Ea did this so people like u would be attracted to the game clearly ur not an original or previous bf fan vet U just don’t understand just like ea doesn’t understand or they just don’t care. They ruined the bf franchise to make a game that appealed to people that aren’t bf fans and in doing so they lost their actual bf fans. It’s a horrible game. But unfortunately it’s the only modern era all out war game for next gen. I can’t wait till someone actually does it right
None of the other bf games had bots. The core main game should not have bots at the very least if they want to include bots their should be a completely different game mode for that. But u can think WAtever u want. But it’s quite obvious that the bulk majority of the bf community doo moot like the game that they designed. Flat out. They completely missed the mark. It’s fun to play when it’s working right but still lots of bugs and the ai was a huge mistake. It’s not battlefield anymore. They should have just called this game 2042 and not tied the bf name to it atall
