@LaTiN-SuSpEcT You can set up your own server in Portal. I made a Full XP rush server with all vehicles enabled but it was hard to get it filled as most players these days seem to prefer infantry based games.
Try it yourself, maybe you'll have more luck. Go to create experience and use the Rush template and enable all vehicles in Restrictions, then set vehicle spawn type to suit.

Nope, even if you set up a rush game in portal with all the vehicles, you'll only get the same vehicles you get in public Rush servers. Some maps are big and require vehicles, they removed them completely, specially in big maps. Only jeeps and the useless hovercraft are available, some maps survived the onslaught and kept the vehicles.
Me too, I used to have a few vehicle-based Rush, but the update reduced the number of vehicles, for example, the attackers had a MAV, a light armor tank, a chopper and two four wheels, after that update, we only get a Condor and 2 four-wheelers, and just like that, many other maps were restricted.
