why using AK-24  will get you a lower moving speed with opening scope?

i have a doubt with AK-24 which is a normol (or even you can call it not competitive due to the 22 dmg and 650rpm) AR i choose mackay to test the moving speed when you  open the scope, and it seems ...

So is that the reason that nobody seems to use AK-24?

not exactly, but i am sure it will influence some players who used to play AK24. As for me i am considering using the new ar.
