Wildcat nerfs
Petition to make wildcat rockets charge back up at same rate as jet air to ground missiles. A jet has to shoot 4-7 rockets in order to destroy a wildcat, while the wildcat can shoot probably 20 missi...
@MavricKIXLast checked the Wildcat is the counter to aircraft, so it does that job.
What is a problem is if a Wildcat can reach almost all the airspace from its spawn sector while it is hard for anything to reach it there.
I would rather if the Wilcats etc could not fire their weapons when they are in the spawn sector or to get rid of the out of bounds in the spawn sector.
@UP_Hawxxeyewildcat being hard counter for aircraft is fine, what is not fine is that wild cat can reach a lot of the air space from it's spawn, means the counters to wildcat are pretty much gone, I disagree with not letting them fire their weapons in spawn though, because they should be able to defend themselves if their spawn is attacked and/or if the wildcat itself is attacked in the spawn by aircraft, wildcat atm only seems somewhat balanced for the largest maps in bf2042, while for other maps they can pretty much dominate the airspace uncontested while being safe from tanks and infantry, nerfing the range could be an option but that might make them too weak for the super large maps, so honestly don't know a good solution for this, but wildcats are definitely way too strong on quite a few maps atm
@FarystarLovesBF1Yes, you cannot touch anything more than 700m away with a Wildcat 30mm as it stands right now. I believe the missiles on the Wildcat max out at 600m for a lock (which is twice the 300m distance for an AGM to lock on any vehicle).

Air can fire on infantry from unGodly ranges, yet, when someone fires on them from the same range, it is unfair. DICE, when are you going to make Pilots immune so they can farm infantry with unlimited ammo, unlimited fuel, from an unlimited range? Inquiring minds want to know.
