Not sure what the problem is.
I guess we can agree that the Wildcat should be designed to always be able to beat a jet in any 1:1.
Everything else being equal and both would reload their respective weapons at the same rate (what really counts is the potential damage per unit of time, not the number of rockets ready to be fired)
So, if a jet enters an area that the Wildcat operates in and the Wildcat focuses on the jet and not on infantry, then the Wildcat should be able to make sure the jet and other air vehicles will not survive long in said area.

No matter how you look at it, it's strange that that silly 30mm cannon doesn't have power attenuation.
What do you think about the problem of helicopters not functioning as helicopters and just turning into coffins?
I'm not sure if you want helicopters to have no wins or if you want infantry only maps.
I would really like to know the specific reason why we still need to strengthen our anti-aircraft in this situation where there are only problems.
