This has got to be trolling.
By this line of reasoning, it would not be bad game design if wildcats could one-shot destroy any aircraft at any distance with the 30-mm cannon. Also, someone could make a parallel silly claim that 5th generation stealth jets should be able to 1-shot destroy any target from across the map bEcaUsE ThAT iS TheIR pUrPOse

yea, they (jets) probably should. flight physics need to be looked at as well. those aircraft maneuver in ways that would cause them to crash or crack the wing spars and/or bend the fuselage (never mind what it would do to the pilot)

The jets in this game feel far less maneuverable compared to IRL jets.

well, i haven't gotten to fly a Hornet or Super Hornetbut i've spent a LOT of time in the actual simulator used by the pilots for both aircraft (had to go twice a year every year for 15 years for my emergency procedure tests and i got to fly for about ano hour each time after i was done) and i can tell you that if you tried most of the stuff in this game at the low altitudes in this game you would crash because you would bleed off to much energy or you would have a departure from controlled flight
