Will I be reported and punished if I teabag someone, making them feel offended?

@FantasticKevin Teabagging generally means you are so proud of yourself for killing someone... I would never get mad about that. I know I am a very good player, and I know it's difficult to kill me. Of course you want to teabag me and I don't care at all.
