Portal is (potentially) a paradigm shift since so much of the game can be changed. As long as bugs can be kept to a minimum the rest of the experience can be altered by the community to each member's desires. That of course is much easier said than done.
So I won't be treating this as a normal BF release because it quite literally is not.
I have learned my lesson, I NEVER buy a battlefield game without first trying the beta. and trust me, it has saved me some money.
