there are too many hackers on pc, please give we console players a fair and comfortable way to play with each other we dont want to play with pc hackers or controllers vs mouse & keyboards

With EA's past history of BF game launches and the fixing required before it gets 'reasonable playable' speaks for itself. So nough said there and I join your team of optimists no matter what they may throw at us the first many months... ;o)
I think what will really change EA's mind will be when observing that the vast majority of console gamers takes them up to their word on 'all or nothing' and we show them that we chose NOTHING then!
Because they have serious incentives, that are:
to enable the most players possible world wide and cross platform, all to play on as few servers as possible!
So merging the two console worlds to play together on the same back-end infrastructure would still be a huge plus to EA.
And ultimately also to us the players on them, as we will have more real-world players to play with/against (AI bots - go home!), and more servers available in the server pool allocated to us.

As it's been officially confirmed by a Community manager already a while back.
⭐All or nothing! ⭐
No spitting of the Cross-play option on New-gen consoles.
Which means, if Cross-play is turned ON then PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC will play together.
If Cross-play is turned OFF, you'll only play with players on the same platform as you are on.
No split to only cancel out the PC side.

@callmeliberator its either PC cheats or your own platform. If your on Xbox try the beta make sure you can really turn Xplay off cough Apex, Warzone. It is the #1 reason I'll hold off to see if they have change of mind #2 being the heroes :P
They have console only crossplay in Apex but they seen Warzone and thought hold my beer :P
@DeltaDude208 10% turn if off from a Dice Dev... to good luck not playing bots. 100% wrong decision can't wait for post after post about cheaters though.

I hate how Microsoft tries to force console players to crossplay with PC cheaters...
I'm waiting to see if it's possible to turn it off before buying a console also.

Well then, I guess I'll only be playing with other Xbox users. Fine by me, if that's the way they want to handle it.
If they don't want to give us options, they're going to have to get used to a lot of people not cross-playing--which could be bad for business, before long.
@Its_Travis_199is correct about the current state of cross-play, however it is a known fact that EA DICE were (hopefully still are) working on a third option (consoles only).
Whether or not they were working on that within the Technical Playtest is not publicly known, but I think simple reasoning would say they were.
