World Tour - make 2042 maps use Faction Soldiers

We can already play with Specialists in basically every other mode, so when we get any featured experiences that go through the eras (like World Tour), why can't we get the 2042 classes and factions (US and RU skins) in lieu of the Specialists for the 2042 maps?
