Xbox cancelling my refund! Give me money back!

Xbox is cancelling my request for refund as i exceeded 14 days since the purchase. But how on earth could i have known that this game is so buggy, broken and unfinished. I want my money back as this ...

@Khaax That's dumb, I know it's not like that on PlayStation. I would have been REALLY PISSED OFF if they refused to give me a refund on my ultimate edition, I said it was false advertisement from what they showed before with the 2042 reveal trailer and got my refund immediately.
