@AnobixIf you refuse to try new things your world will shrink.
I try new things all the time, just that I like to try new things that don't negate an existing benefit. Blame DICE for removing any real progression on non-official portal modes. I have plenty of backlog and a library of games to try something new that doesn't feel like getting punished for not playing the way that DICE wants you to play.

Personally don't need any XP or progression to enjoy any game. It's the advantage of being a gamer from the 80's & 90's. 🙂

Its a new world.I'm edging on 40, hardly consider myself a "young un" just that I choose to not play 2042 if it isn't going to keep track of the stats from a match. Grew up playing Quake/Team Fortress Classic competitively)/CS on PC in the late 90s and early 2000s, and NES/SNES/Gensis/N64/etc in the late 80s through the 90s. And played almost every BF game starting with 1942. I got to level 100 on the BP a few weeks ago and haven't touched 2042 since... because the game isn't great/still frustrating at times. And, as mentioned, I have a huge backlog library of in-progress games to complete instead of playing a game that isn't excellent.
