XP Points not being Added

I've noticed that my XP points are not being added to my Season 7: Turning Point Badge total and so I am not progressing as I should toward the next tier. Is this something EA will fix and then find ...

    @DaveTheBrave_USA Firstly, we both know EA or Dice wouldn’t do that. The game has had issues with XP before and did nothing to reward the loss. However, I’m curious to what makes you think it’s happening again. The badges do often stall and suddenly you get a bunch in one shot, that’s happened off and on since season 1. While it seems better for me the last 2 seasons, I can’t discount it could happen to others. Keep in mind though, that skips do not add to the season badge. I got the 20 skips at the start, I’m up in the 80s for the pass but only the 60s for the badge. You probably know this but I wanted to put it out there anyways, skips don’t give battle points.

    @ATFGunrYeah I know about skips. I'm not counting skips, which I had 10 from Amazon Prime. But at 500 points it froze right at 500. And I earned at least a couple of dozen above that. Then it moved up to 502. Then I had a game on Frontline, where you can really rack up the points and I got 8 points without any weekly missions and it ticked up to 503. I'm just a lowly Guide so if you could spare to hit the XP for the post I'd appreciate it.

      @DaveTheBrave_USA I’m trying to remember what the old fix was… it was logging into a portal then back to main game or something, it seemed to shake them loose. I’d normally suggest putting a bug report, maybe you should still, but I’m not sure they’re even still doing bug fixes now. If I remember the exact thing I’ll update this post. Maybe I’ll trigger somebody else’s memory in the meantime.

    @ATFGunr I am giving you the solution because you were the first one to mention playing Portal to release the points. Even though in this case it didn't work, it is the only thing a player can do to remedy this error themselves. I played several rounds in Portal with no luck, but I had a good time.

      @DaveTheBrave_USA You need to go back into a regular game to complete the weird stupid circle. In a time or two you’ll suddenly see a bunch get added with no fanfare. May show up in bunches, not necessarily all at once. It was weird then and now. Math seems simple for this, but after 7 seasons I don’t think they’re ever gonna get it. I hope they show up for you.

        @ATFGunr Right, I missed the part about going back to a regular game. So I will play another round of Portal and then go to a regular game and see if I can shake those points loose! Thanks again.
