You guys ever going to fix the flight ceiling for aircraft in this game?

So I had fun fighting this stealth helicopter last night. He sat at the top of the skybox chasing me all game. Every time I tried to fight back with the guns I end up stalling because jets and helicopters have the same max altitude in this game, but the helicopter could still rotate and shoot at me while I just float in midair. This is neither realistic or balanced. Who greenlit this?
