I've seen a lot of videos people were playing different weapons with zero recoil. how they do this? as a pc player I could never played without recoil.

A higher field of view, a close quarters red dot sight and anti recoil attachments make most weapons a laser beam with little to no recoil.
Also controller players get and extra - 25% less recoil over mouse and keyboard players.

'Zero recoil' is likely the combination of a few of the factors below:
- High FoV reduces the visual appearance of recoil
- Muscle memory/skill. 10k+ kills with a weapon and you should have the recoil patterns seared into your subconscious. Experience has trained the player on the exact amount of input to offset the recoil.
- Controller users (PC or console) get a 0.75x recoil modifier.
- KBM users using an 'adapter' tricking the game into giving them the 0.75x modifier despite using a KBM.
- Hardware or software based macros.
CoD is already banning players with such devices, so it is possible to detect them.
