@dracoeternum it seems ya running with minimal system requirements for this game.
Ya need to set all options at LOW, also make sure ya got no backgrounds tasks running <- those ya dont need during game !!!
Youre system (laptop ? windows ?) doesnt got enough performance to run this game properly.

Please post a dxdiag so people could check into it !
For more performance ya could install all windows light version or use Atlasos.net <-- ya will loose some option but get more performance in return.
If ya use Atlasos.net make sure ya read all info first !

@dracoeternum A few of those bugs should be resolved by playing Portal rather than Solo/Coop. The Lis issue, for example, appears to be tied to Solo/Coop using 20Hz servers, so doesn't happen in Portal.

@dracoeternum The theory is that Dice would need to increase the tick rate for the Solo/Coop servers. I'm not sure if that's likely to happen, though.
