0 Total Score sometimes even though points earned in match and shown

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Finish a match and go to the End of Round Screen with the total score. Not sure how this bug occurs but it may have something to do with joining (in this case, late), and doing too little, or not achieving points for a particular action.
What happens when the bug occurs? The total score shows 0 even though I earned points in-game and have reward points shown on the end of round screen.
What should be happening instead? The total score shouldn't be 0 when you have points in the match.
