1 year pass and ultimate edition not working

I bought the ultimate edition and 1 year pass for PS4 and PS5 and it will not let me download the dlc pack for it so I can use the ultimate edition and 1 year pass

    I go to menus and it's telling me it's unavailable yet I purchased the ultimate edition and year one pass before I bought the game so I would have it please help me

    @HyrulesLostLink1 Year 1 pass didn't even start, there is no DLC, the game was just release. What did you expect? It's the end of the year and you already want year 1 pass. Sorry but your post just make me laught xD
