As of a couple days ago 144 Hz is back as an option. However, now it appears to not stick... I'll set it, play the game, come back a day later, and it's set to 120 Hz. I then change it back to 144. Rinse, repeat...

GstRender.ResolutionHertz
It's probably set at 60 but change it to 144. I had the ingame setting set at 143 but apparently it never changed in the config file. Now my GPU is being utilized more along with getting more FPS. Yep this game decides on a whim to just run the game in 60hz mode one day then 144hz another.
The game is more trouble than it’s worth so I Uninstalled it
