Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Earn 50 badges to see if I’m one of the only people * out of luck.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t declare to everyone you just shitted on that you’re an absolute Legend.
What should be happening instead? You should be able to equip and rock that hard * tag you Legend you.

Took my money, took my time, took my ability to sit down, and all for a badass tag I can’t even show off on my playercard. I must not be LEGENDARY.

i had same problem....

turns out you HAVE to complete ALL specalists then continue on getting 50 badges.........

thats how mine and my friends worked for us..........

even though i had 67 prior it working...... 

i should note, having STACKED badges do not count.....you have to have 50 individual badges alongside the completed specalists.

I'm not sure why - but my AL tag opened after I completed the EMP nade badge.

Don't know if that will help anyone else.
