Account does not meet minimum requirements ps4 sons gamertag

I'm having the same problem with my daughter's account.  I've upgraded both my account and her account to the Sony Plus and made her account completely unrestricted but still can't get in.  So upset as this was her "most wanted" Christmas gift and we have been working on this for 4 hours and 45 minutes today alone with zero success and no one to call.  EA.com , I am the parent, NOT YOU!  Signed, Mama Bear
