Account link help

So I had BF 2042 on my PC and wanted to link my Xbox account to it so all of my progression syncs to it. I try to link my Xbox account to my EA account and it tells me that my Xbox account is already linked to an EA account and I have absolutely NO idea what account it is linked to. I tried to get a chat with EA through support to no avail, I really am at a loss on what to do at this point... Idk if this is a good way to get through to somebody with the support team but I obviously need help.

Thanks!

  • Log in to your xbox account and you should be able to see linked/authorized apps or accounts.. If you are able to see your account name or email then you know which account you need to start looking for

  • Hi 1RattlesnK,

Sounds like you've possibly got an old EA account linked. Try the steps below as they should give you a live chat with EA Help:

    • Head to help.ea.com and select the "EA Account" option.
    • Select "See all help topics".
    • Choose the "I need help with Cross Progression" support option.
    • Chat should be beneath the guide that appears.

If chat doesn't appear, try the steps again while in Incognito mode or signed out of EA Help (choose to stay signed out if prompted to login).

Hi! Sorry I havent checked this in a long time because I had given up. It is an old Xbox account (which I have no idea who's it is) that is linked to my EA account... EA Help hasn't responded at all so I have no idea what to do.
