After previous patch vehicles unable to move through water

I remember that maybe month ago i succesfully use Tanks to move underwater at Battle Of The Bulge. That was little bugged, but very tactical, when your tank appears from unexpected side. Tanks started to drain hitpoints after 10 seconds underwater. That was expected behavior. Jeeps removes driver from driver seat and start to drain hitpoints too.

APCs (CAV-Brawlers) and MAVs can move over water - they designed to be floating transports.

Today (last Tank superiority games) tanks started to remove all persons from the tank when he drowns. Same with Brawlers.

Problem is in that Battle of the Bulge has only one bridge that can be holded forcing enemy to die at respawn.
