AI not using weapons available

Summarize your bug I restrict weapons to certain types and the AI do not use any weapons .... they should use what is offered. This is in a Free for all experience.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Restrict weapons in the portal created experience. You will be able to select the weapons but some of the AI will just have throwing grenades but no primary weapon you as the experience creator made available.
What happens when the bug occurs? AI are armed only with smoke grenades or emp grenades.
What should be happening instead? The AI should be equipped with any of the Primary and secondary weapons that you as experience creator select for the experience.

This is in a Free for all experience from portal. I have not tested for the bug in any other experiences. I believe it will occur in any experience with AI.
