Despite the fixes deployed in Update 2.1.1 We'll continue to investigate this and look for new solutions that we can include in a future update.

I got the ADS bug last night on Arica Harbor [so, as noted elsewhere, only seen on pre-2042/Portal-ported maps] while playing as Lis and using a TV missile and unable to ADS afterward. I was using the AK with 40mm HE grenades in the primary T-slot. Fortunately, I had a non-underbarrel attachment to select [grip] and then could ADS again. I tried knifing and switching to secondary weapons prior to changing the T-menu attachment and was unsuccessful. When using the SFAR you don't have that choice and are just hosed.
