AK 24 changes did not apply

AK-24 changes did not apply in 4.1 or 4.1.1 patches and hotfixes

The AK24 did not have its semi auto single shot removed and the 3-round burst has not been changed to reflect the patch notes. May be a failed change erroneously reported.
