[ALL PLATFORMS] Enemy Scope Glint Only Renders When ADS

There is an issue with scope glint rendering outside of being in ADS. This is frustrating to many players because it's hard to tell where you're being sniped from. I've added a link to a short clip showing the issue, it was clipped from Stodeh's twitch stream on 01/21/2023.
