    @CarreraLuu Prime Gaming connected to EA account, which is connected to PSN account. This was exactly how I received all the rewards Prime gam to EA account, which is connected to PSN account. The process you mentioned was exactly how I received in mid December. Maybe the offer was expired in December?

@EA_Atic So here's what I did I reconnected my Twitch to my Amazon account and it worked. I'm not sure if it's because the EA support is back in back in the office this week it worked.
