Did you find a solution?

Try disable the EA Overlay in the EA App. FPS metrics working again.
having the same issue since i installed bf2042. It seems that even a "closed" EA Overlay messes up the AMD Metrics. Found it today. Hope it will stay so. I dont have starting or crash issues of the game or amd software. cant help you with that.

I believe I may have found a solution to 2042, can't say for BFV. I own the game through the **bleep** EA app and it hasn't worked but every other game it does. I added the game through steam to try to use the built in steam FPS Counter. Believe it or not, the fps counter for the Radeon software started to work launching the game through steam. If you add a non-steam game to the library, its working for me now....

The problem is still present if I disable the EA overlay: no fps counter and AMD Adrenalin crash 😭

The FPS thing doesn't work for any game, so it can't be..??

Your information is incorrect and misleading.
The issue is that playing BfV breaks AMD software and show all gpu related fps as N/A.
